We are a wholesale only supplier and have been proudly serving the nursery and landscape professional since 1972. We currently operate out of a 24 acre wholesale yard which allows us to offer our customers an ever-expanding selection of green goods and landscape supplies. It is our commitment to provide our customers with the best in quality, value, and customer service.  Grove Nursery caters to walk in wholesale customers who are welcome to select their own plant materials with no minimum order requirements.

Conditions of Sale
As a wholesale distributor, our prices are only available to licensed professionals in the nursery and landscape trade. To purchase products at wholesale, your company must be actively engaged in the landscape industry and present a valid nursery license from the Minnesota Department of Agriculture. Customers are eligible for a 3% cash discount by establishing and maintaining a current account. This discount is offered when paying by cash or check at the time of purchase. Credit card purchases are not eligible for the 3% cash discount. Download Cash Application.

Credit can be established by downloading our current Credit Application and submitting it to our credit department. Please allow up to 10 days for processing. Payments are due 30 days from the date of sale.

We guarantee all stock to be healthy, disease and insect free, and true to name as purchased. If any stock proves otherwise, we will exchange for the same or lesser value. Claims must be made immediately upon receipt of stock and will be handled on an individual basis. Beyond this, any stock purchased at wholesale price carries no guarantee. All shipments travel at the purchaser's risk. We will not be responsible for any stock damaged once your trucks are loaded. No other warranty is expressed or implied.

Once material has been accepted, there will be no returns or exchanges of material purchased. In such cases where we must accept returned material, Grove Nursery will issue a credit for the value of the material less a 15% restocking fee to cover our labor costs. Such plant material must be in good condition upon return.

We welcome our customers to select and reserve stock and will hold material for up to two weeks.

For our customers' convenience, we can arrange to have materials delivered directly to their site. We do ask that appropriate labor and equipment is supplied for unloading. Delivery service to all metro areas is often available same day. Please call us for quotes and scheduling.
